Syed Naeem, MD

I am a Family Medicine physician dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. I completed my residency at the UConn Family Medicine Program at Eastern Connecticut Health Network, where I gained experience managing a broad range of acute and chronic conditions across all age groups.

My clinical interests include preventive care, chronic disease management such as hypertension, diabetes, weight management, and cardiovascular health, as well as in-office procedures including joint injections and skin biopsies. I am passionate about building long-term relationships with my patients and empowering them to take an active role in their health. I also have a strong interest in digital health and the use of technology, including remote patient monitoring and wearable devices, to improve patient engagement, preventive care, and long-term health outcomes.

I am excited to begin my primary care practice with Prime Healthcare, where I strive to deliver high-quality, accessible care while promoting wellness and continuity.
